You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform and participate in elections, complaints, and fundraising activities.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and verification.
• Not impersonate others or submit fraudulent documents.
• Respect others in all interactions (posts, comments, campaigns).
• Avoid hate speech, misinformation, or unauthorized campaigning.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (posts, comments), but you grant Jonoshokti a non-exclusive right to use, display, and share that content within the platform.

All official materials, logos, and election systems are the intellectual property of Jonoshokti.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system.
• Use automation, bots, or fake accounts.
• Share login credentials or impersonate other users.
• Use the platform for non-political commercial promotions.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms or policies, submit false or harmful content, or attempt to manipulate election results or complaint tracking.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Jonoshokti is not liable for:

• Content posted by users.
• Any personal disputes or damages resulting from platform use.
• External links or third-party content shared on the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
